Guarantee provided by the supplier for 12 months after packaging applies for the hair extension in its condition in the original packaging, as any interference with the extension might change its quality, composition, length or colour, which renders the subsequent identification of the cause of the problem impossible.
Supplier excludes its liability for any damage or quality complaints directly or indirectly associated with the failure to observe or comply with the contents of the present instructions. For hygiene reasons, hair extensions cannot be exchanged or returned.
Claims can only be made under the guarantee if the hair extension is in its original packaging and the invoice is presented.
